To Schedule:
- Try to call early in the morning if you have a problem. Then
you may be able to be seen the same day. See office hours above.
- Have a 24 hour pharmacy phone number ready for the receptionist.
Have your phone number and also cell phone number ready
for her. If the situation is urgent, you should hear back in 15-30 minutes;
if you do not, please call back.
- Make sure before you go to your pharmacy if medicine is prescribed;
call first and be sure they are available; if not, call Dr. Pierce back.
- If you're calling for new appointment, please have the name of the doctor or person that
referred you to Dr. Pierce. Also, tell the receptionist if you have had any blood tests or
ultrasounds or other tests by your physician in the last few months.
